Make Your Voice Heard: Extreme Heat Policy Planning Listening Sessions



Your Input Is Needed! Extreme Urban Heat is a huge concern for citizens in the City of St. Louis. Share your experiences, concerns and ideas about this issue at any of the upcoming six meetings. Your input will inform an Extreme Urban Heat Policy Plan supported by St. Louis Association of Community Organizations (SLACO), created by MO Coalition for the Environment. Registration is encouraged but not required.

  The Urban League of Metropolitan St. Louis is continuing its efforts in supporting those impacted by the tornado that devastated our community. Your help is needed to help us continue to stay activated during this difficult time for many.   VOLUNTEERS ARE WANTED  to assist in packing, sorting and organizing food boxes and toiletry bags for the upcoming large-scale food and toiletry distribution drive on August 2nd. Volunteer hours are  Monday - Friday between 9:00am - 4:00pm  and  Saturday 10:00am - 3:00pm  at  Urban League-Jennings 8960 Jennings Station Road St. Louis, MO 63136.  If you are available to volunteer or have any questions, please contact Ms. Phyllis at the FBU Office at 314-391-5688.
